Established in 2018, Electric Panda Entertainment (EPE) is an international content creator and financier, headquartered in Toronto and Vancouver. Founded by a team of dynamic and experienced producers, EPE creates and delivers transformational content through the development, production and financing of socially relevant intellectual properties for film and television. Working with leading storytellers, we transform every original story into an immersive and emotional journey for our audience. Over the past three years, EPE has been financially and creatively involved in over a dozen plus projects which have been in competition at TIFF, Sundance, Berlin, Tribeca, Hamptons, and many other notable festivals.
Currently in production, VALARA is a seminal sci-fi anthology exploring mankind's response to a singular and devastating global event with 10 fantastic dark tales told by 10 masters in cinematic storytelling. Production is taking place in Canada, USA (LA & NYC), Europe (London, Amsterdam and Verona, Italy), Namibia, and China. VALARA is fully developed and produced in-house by EPE.
